My construction in Hundsrück is going forward, even though a lot of obstacles have not been anticipated and now cause additional steps and delay. But given the fact that the first one and a half years, it was all just paper pushing, now I can see progress nearly every day. The house is now built up weatherproof, painted from outside and doors and windows are fitted. Luckily the weather is getting better. Heavy machinery is hard to move on muddy rounds. Now, the major part is to connect the house to utilities. This needs first an about 70 m trench of 1.20 m depth to make it frost proof. And also, because the land is not flat there needs to be a pump installed. There is quite a cost explosion compared with the original plans. But I consider it better to fix up everything in a very solid manner, instead of having to deal with issues in the next few years. If all goes well, then it will be finished by this summer.
